Return and Refund Policy
If you have any issues with the items you purchase, we are more than happy to resolve any issues as quickly as possible - please contact as via our email address candlecollectiveuk@gmail.com
Please allow up to 48 hours for a response as our inbox can become quite busy. No emails will be replied to over the weekend or bank holiday periods.
You have 28 days for return request from date of purchase.
If a refund or a product resend is required you will be asked to provide proof of the damage or issue, either via email with photographs or by returning the item to us. Please note that once wax melt blocks have been started we will be unable to refund or exchange. If you simply dislike your product we will also not issue refund or replacement, we ask that on arrival of your purchase that customers smell the product before using to ensure it is to their taste.
Allow up to 2 weeks upon return of goods for funds to be credited to your account via the original payment method.
Products purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items.
Products given as a gift can only be returned by the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
Please note that a full refund or exchange will not be provided for goods that show sings of unreasonable use. If you return an item please retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for damaged or missing goods.
We hope you understand that as a small independantly run business we have to verify claims to protect ourselves, but equally that we will do our upmost to resolve any and all genuine cases.
